Dr. Woods is the Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine Department of Psychiatry. Dr. Woods participates in graduate medical education and has given promotional talks and continuing medical education talks in all 50 states and also has a private practice. Dr. Woods is the proud parent of a son and daughter. Dr. Woods’ areas of academic interest include the neurobiology of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, high-functioning autism, and gender dysphoria. She is a transgender female, and her pronouns are she/her/hers
